BlackAdemia Canada is committed to supporting Black students pursue and thrive in higher education.

We promote the inclusion and retention of Black students through a three-fold impact approach:

Consulting: Provide strategic advice to University administrators and stakeholders in the field of education on programming aimed at improving the Black student experience

Advocating: Advise University administrators on policy development and reform in all areas of discrimination and harassment

Mentoring: Organize year-long programming focussed on mentorship and career development in collaboration with Universities, student associations, and community organizations.
